I have decided to analyse an Office Worker as a subculture. Office Workers have inspired me because of their formal outlook. They show that to wear a suit never had any more purpose. Visually appealing to the environment around them instantly proves that they are overbearing to others. The insights gained through an Office Worker are along the lines of deception,

competition, dominant behaviour and survival.

The Work Shoes

Home to Davina is Battersea Greater London, only a bridge away from the all wealthy Chelsea Football Club. Lunch for Davina consists of soup and a piece of bread that she eats back at the office desk. Her favourite meal, is ‘a steak she had in London’ which doesn’t compare to her average lunch, don’t you think? As an office worker, she does intend to take a few trips to local restaurants, such as, Wagamama or Fish & Chips on her lunch break. Her Favourite thing to drink is Flavoured Lemon Water from Volvic, or on a low calorie day its water in a plastic cup from the office machine. Office workers are known to be cautious of their fitness, as cardiovascular fitness is far from tested in the day to day office job. As working out or ‘visits to the gym’ are a miss, Davina found another way to make sweat and burn those calories, the solution that works for her, is playing the Kinect on the computer console Xbox 360. As Davina feels most comfortable in her underwear, Fellas grab your binoculars and aim towards that window she just might be wearing her most comfortable outfit. Or for when it is simply a chill out night at the movies Davina has what she calls ‘ A good day at work’, which means eating a soup with a piece of bread does the diet, however I must not forget to mention that her guilty pleasure is working out and eating the biggest piece of chocolate fudge cake.

Walking around London and havin a marathon night at the movies is what Davina gets up to in her spare time. Although you are going to need a comfortable pair of shoes, right? Well not for Davina as she is a lover and collector of shoes, not just any shoes.....HEELS to be précised. These are Davina’s ‘babies that she would save from a fire’, if it came down to it. With a shoe collector on our hands this might indicate where she gets the money to live in centre of London. Her hero is her mum who she depends on for friendly advice and companionship.
